Windows XP troubles

I'm kind of lost on this...

my friend added to user accounts to his xp machine... one was called shop and was set to restricted access, the other was called office and was set as an admin. She was able to delete the shop account when they decided not to use them, but now she cannot log onto the administrator account for the local machine and is unable to delete the office account...she also cannot get to any of her documents... I was thinking it was maybe a virus...they are also getting win32.dll errors...

so uve tried booting into safemode and logging into the administrator account?

i told them too...they just called me and said they couldn't login...i'll tell em to try it...again... any other ideas?
