Will this RAM work with this motherboard?

This is the motherboard: ECS P965T-A (V1.0) Socket T (LGA 775) Intel P965 Express ATX Intel.

This is the RAM: mushkin 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit.

I wanted to know because the RAM is DDR 667 and the motherboard says it has a DDR2 800 standard, this confused me.

And that will work fine with my motherboard?

Well, forget about the other RAM, I am liking the second alot better (because it's cheaper, lol).
