New breath for PCI graphics

the point of backporting it would be to provide an upgrade option for those with only PCI slots e.g. Dell budget computers or others with Intel's budget chipsets.

PCI cards are also for the ignorant who think they're getting the best of the best by salespeople mixing up PCI and PCI-E. Or just flat-out lying about it.

Eh, I wouldn't want an x1300 anyway...

I would like to see better AGP cards if anything, ones that I'd actually consider buying for the price.. maybe a 7 series
