Troubles loggin in

When i start up my comp with windows xp pro, it loads up fine and normal then when i click the user to log in. the screen just goes all blank and doesnt log into my account. It does this in safe mode aswell.

Try another internet browser. Sometimes that happens with me. I recommend Mozilla Firefox.

Hello,

Can you log into the main system administrator account in Safe Mode? Should be named Administrator.

If autologin is enabled, then you'll need to log out of the account in Safe Mode, and select the 'Administrator' account to login.
