i'm undecided about which cpu that i can get.

my options are AM2 x2:

3800+
4200+
4600+

and take a look at this article:

scroll down to the bottom and look at the table. according to this, a 3800+ would have better memory performance than a 4200+ right? because of the whole cpu multiplier thing?

first of all, is it possible to overclock a 3800 from a 2.0 to 2.4 GHz?

are you liked hired by intel to advertise there chips? cause anytime someone maentions going for a amd you are always on there case about them not trying to get a c2d.

No, i do not work for Intel...Merely im advising someone to get a better system for approximately the SAME PRICE....

I am here to help people not jump on peoples cases....unlike yourself....go do some research before you make these senseless comments.

AMD outperformed Intel until the new E cores same out recently...
