Passwords

My computer doesn't remember passwords for more than one day. What would be causing this? I have a win98 SE computer. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If ur talkin' 'bout internet explorer's passowrd option ... Then make sure u don't vlear all ur cookies at the end of the day !

I only clear my cookies when I need to so that's not the issue. Any other ideas what it could be?
