lol you sound like a funny guy. Get the 7600gt it will amke you parents happy and it will make you happy. It will still give you good performance, but its a better bang for the buck than 7900gt. Your parents usually knwo best so just listen to them, but dont let them talk you into buying a 25 dollar fx5200 on sale. I knew a guy one time and that happened to him.
