Trouble instaling windows

You know i've heard bad stuff about Gigabyte motherboards. I'm a PC technician, and I get problems with them all the time. They tend to not be compatible with random sticks of RAM, and so on.

Yup I had this same issue a couple years ago with an older HP Pavilion. Bought the correct ram to spec but it kept shooting out errors. I bought a different brand and havn't had an issue since. Strange really, what would be so different in 2 brands if the specs are the same?

I wasnt referring to your spelling, I just had to correct like 5 words in what I typed and I was just thinking that it is really easy to right click and click the correct word.

Thanks for the help guys. It was a RAM compatibility issue. I updated the bios and then ran memtest again - all is well now and she is up and running smooth. This has definitely been the most touble I have ever had building a computer. I appreciate all of the help.
