While I am comfortable building systems, IÂ’m always second guessing myself on my choice of parts. I thought this time before I build myself a new systems IÂ’d get some feedback on my parts list. Any comments are welcome.

note: I already have the CPU and MB.

Looks good..a couple things..

1) good name psu unit there, but you might want to find one with higher amps on the 12v rail.

2) rec Western digital or Seagate HD, as they are most reliable/perform well.

3) that mboard only supports ddr2 667 memory, not 800mhz

Great build. Maybe you should go for a x1900xtx so It will be top of the line. You probbally won't notice much but It will still be nice to have.

1 - I'm not that up on PSU's, i'll take a look and do some more research.

2 - I've had good luck with samsung and found them quiet.

3 - I verified the MB does support ddr2 800, which should as I try to OC.

Thanks,

turtile and Dr DMoney.

I already have the MB and CPU, got them from someone that works for Intel.

reckliss and Dr DMoney

I take a look at the x1900xtx vs the xt.

Thanks,
