Which sound card

I was looking at these two mouses and was wondering which one is better. They both seem similar, but one is newer I guess. My final choice is between these two cards.

Audigy2 ZS..

I have it now.. and it works great.

I know that the sound quality is good on the Xfi, but I don't want to play the extra money. If I can get the ZS which has fairly good sound quality for less, then I'm going to go with that.
