Good LCD?

My mom is going to get me an LCD in a couple of months and i've been looking around for one.

Specs i require--

$100 - $200
17" - 19" WS

As for all the other stuff i havnt a clue.....thats why i'm asking

and i would also like a DVI port if possible

Found an excellent one on Newegg, but it's not Widescreen. Was Widescreen a big factor on an LCD monitor?
