Soundblaster software install problems

my pc has intergrated sound this is just software from creative that came with my pc...so i formatted my pc recently so im trying to put the audigy advanced mb software back on but anytime i put the cd in and i get this error "utility for windows autoplay screen has encountered a problem and needs to close"..can anyone tell me what the problem might be and how to fix it

install the driver from device manager and insert the cd when prompted

but i dont think its actually driver the driver for my sound is sigmatel this is advanced hd audio software

use everest to tell you the name of your driver then google it
