will this monitor connect to my pc?

Hi, can anyone tell me if this monitor (http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/6702553.htm) would fit my pc? I only have a standard socket on my pc for my crt monitor and this one says it connects via D-SUB and I have just read about tft monitors connecting via DVI and im confused.

CRT monitors use D-SUB connectors, otherwise known as VGA. It's an analogue interface...

Your graphics card has a D-SUB / VGA output port, so this monitor is compatible.

DVI is another type of connector which digital displays use for receiving digital signals.
