Interesting WinXP conundrum

It's not mine, it's in europe and I'm not sure who made it. From what I remember the computer was low-end like below 1.5ghz or something. I guess I'll just get the harddrives and windows copies for cheaper on ebay, it would be nice to talk to them. Oh well.
