Need Some help

ok i just built a computer the other day and i installed the motherboard risers and put the motherboard in and i can't fit the i/o plate on(the one that came with the motherboard) it seems the motherboard is to high or even screw in any pci cards that i have... ive built a few other computers in my life time and never ran into this problem before is there a way i can buy half sized risers?

im using the copper risers that came with the case( i think there copper)is tehre other ones that i shoudl be using?
