Short Term Graphics Card

I have a PC -

Intel Pentium 4 Processor H-T (FSB 800) (3.2GHz)
1024MB DDR
128MB ATI Raedon 9800SE

I am thinking of buying a graphics card to tide me over until I get a laptop as a desktop replacement in about 6 months time...
Does anyone have any suggestions? I would like to be able to run new games (like nwn2 or F.E.A.R.) smoothly, so any suggestions as to what card I should get, considering I won't be using it for too long would be great. Also, it needs to be AGP.

Ok thank you, I'll go for an nvidia 6800 although not decided on the model yet.

I agree with b1gapl... but I do haveto admit... the X1600 PRO that vaderpro picked is cheaper and it'll do the job as well... personally not as good as the XT, but as you said.. temp card...

The 6800GS is the only 6800 series you would want. If you dont want that, get the X1600 Pro or even the 7600GT. Both of those will hold you for a while. Of course you will be talking medium settings, but it will work.
