Anyone remember the days when a top-of-the-line 7800GTX was a single-slot sexy green beast? I do.

And now we have these fugly, huge, white coolers on top of them that only serve to cramp up the case.

Compare these;

Both cards are different? DUH! One has 512mb vram vs 256mb vram and the 550/1700 instead of 430/1300. More power=More heat=Greater cooling solutions.

Just get a 7900gt ko and maybe a aftermarket cooler if you really get into overclocking.

Not unless you wanna do SLI.

Volt moddin yes that can kill a card. I recommend you do basic overclocking with the video card. Nothing bad can happen unless it artifacts and you just leave it like that.
