Better MOBO/RAM combo

Which one of these combos would be better? I'm building my system mainly for video editting and playing games. I'll be using the AMD Athlon 64 x2 3800+ for my processor.

I was thinking that also, because of the chipset. The thing I was really wondering about was the RAM, the first MOBO supports a faster speed RAM, would I really notice a difference?

Not a fan of Via chipsets...go with the DFI
