The 7950GX2 took a considerable lead over the X1950XTX in EVERY GAME. THATS RIGHT, EVERY GAME. For those of you who thought he X1950XTX was going to be the next biggest thing, YOU ARE OFFICIALLY OWN3D.

All joking aside, I really was expecting better than this out of ATi, but oh well.

i'm with apok though. the GX2 has two GPU's and that is not a fair comparison considering from what i read the biggest difference between the 1900 and 1950 was a change of memory platform/clock.

I also noticed the 7950GX2 had a much narrower gap between 1024x768 and 1280x1024 than the X1950XTX. This is critical for my next upgrade.

The 7950GT will be the card to compare however, it will be single GPU.

The only thing they changed on the x1950xtx is just the gddr4 memory. But you cant expect a single gpu card to beat a 2 gpu card.
