Uhh your not going to get a very good power supply to fit into that budget. Even if you did get the cheap Asrock board you still wouldn't have enough cash for a good power supply. My suggestion is to save up a bit more, you don't want to cheap out on a power supply, they can take your whole system with it if it blows.
