2x256MB Corsair Value or Kingston PC2700 RAM
17-19" good but not expensive monitor
and just a simple 3-button optical wheel mouse, and a fairly average keyboard - both from a small computer store where they're not very expensive
speakers, something simple, 3 speaker, cheap but not too cheap
