Firstly welcome to the forums!

Secondly, as an answer to your question, no graphics card alone will allow that rig to play the games you want to play nicely, and it would most probably be a waste of money; your rig isn't exactly the most up-to-date system in the world.

Buying a new graphics card would be a waste of money, and it doesn't look like any parts in that rig would be useful to build on top of, my only suggestion would be to save up around $700 to build a new system.

Yea upgrade your whole system you may be able to upgrade the processor but you have no AGP slot .The older PCI video cards will improve performance alot but not good enough to run todays games .You do not have PCi express so the cards you linked are useless to you .
You would spend alot of money to get this sytem to run alot better and still not be good enough .That board may not even support 1 gig of memory which is a standard with todays games and 2 gigs will soon be a standard.
What are the ID numbers on the Mother board ? What system build is it ?

Haha. I remember I was still using a Pentium 1 166MHz back in 2000. Only over the last few years I've actually gotten into computers. Before that, I didn't really give a crap what I used, as long as it could run MSN Messenger.

if you want to do some basic gaming, you can do something like this..

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16814102688

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16819104301

total: $293.93 - $10 mail in rebate

you can use your existing hard drive, opticals, case/psu, etc..

if you got a bit more money you can get even better... this is for BASIC gaming.. nothing great. it'll beat the crap out of your celeron though :)
