any suggestions before buy? I'm hoping to buy in a few days

OMG please do not buy that PSU...that is bad, you'll regret it. $20? for PSU. Get the Antec Truepower II 550W, it's $89 but well worth it. Or get brands like Antec, Enermax, FSP. To save a little money you could go for the X2 3800+ and just OC it to 4200+ speeds. I also just noticed you got DDR2 ram and thats not compatible with you system since you're going socket 939, you have to get DDR ram. But why don't you go AM2?

I'm not a huge fan of Maxtor, I always go for a WD or Seagate drives.

The RAM will not fit, you will need DDR RAM with socket 939.

The PSU will not be any good.

The monitor will not be great at that price.

I am not a fan of Corsiar RAM either.

And btw, it IS GBP.

took advices and suggestions..

Indeed mophead, he'd be better off sticking with the onboard sound. Drop the soundcard Fit_bikes, and save yourself 10 quid.

And I'd consider getting the X2 3800+ instead, since the performance difference can easily be gained back by a tiny overclock, something both your mobo and RAM is capable of. That way, you can get back close to your budget.

You can do soo much more with your budget. I know I am pushing it, but I have 2gibs of RAM on this basket, a 19" wide screen monitor, and Conroe, all for (22) more.
