Cheap Conroe Mobos

I'm still undecided whether or not to get an AM2 or a Conroe setup. The main issue is the motherboard. The Conroe Mobos are very expensive in comparison to the AM2 mobos. What I'm looking for is a cheap Conroe mobo which will overclock well. SLi is not that big of a deal to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

well, I'm going for the Asus P5V-VM-DH, even tho it uses the via core it is very cheap, had everything I needed and will do the job until I get enough money for a better replacement.

I heard Asrocks are ok.
