right now im runnin all sorts of ram, i have kingston 512mb ddr400@333, generic 256mb ddr333 and generic 256mb ddr266@333,

Would it be to much to ask if i ran all at ddr400 or would that be pushing the ddr266 way to hard? if so, how long would the ddr 266 last for

Well I don't think that it will even get up there. I don't think the ram would die anytime soon. I honestly think you should buy some cheap 1GB kit like Corsair Valueselect. You 's gain a lot of preformance.

It just wouldn't work. It's like trying to run a 2 GHz processor at 2.6 GHz.

....So? 2GHz CPU's have gone a helluva lot further than 2.6GHz.

You have to look for errors. And you need to run it for a few hours.

I cannot believe that DDR266 is running at DDR400 speeds. Your timings must be loose as ****.

Can you get a screenshot to prove this?
