I can't see the total for this setup, just comes out to ?25.02, also whats your budget, I could give you a alternative Core 2 Duo setup thats under $850 USD, though I'm not sure how much shipping will run though since I think you're in the UK or somewhere in Europe since you mentioned VAT.
 
I'd guess everything looks good, but don't count on my opinion though, I don't know anything about AMD computers. I wanted to give you a list for a core 2 duo setup, but shipping one component would of ran $90 USD to ship to "SW1P 4DF." I'd just check back later when some more people wake up over here. Sorry man.
