sager notebook

I have a sager notebook model 47-60 the dvd rom has failed
I called to order new one....this computer has beenso great...
I haven't been in a forum ever (YES A SUCKIE NEWBE)...
and wonder ifone of you brainact computer persons might know
how I find out howto install the dvd rom when it arrives
Oh and if by chance I get Lucky and someone responds....please be patient...I don't know computer lingo.
