Dell dimension 3000

My sister has a dell dimension 3000 and ever since she got it the fan thats at the cpu keeps reving up.

I was wondering what fan it is for example 90mm?

I was wondering if it would be fixable?

She got it brand new and should've shipped it back to dell to fix cause i am pretty sure it was there fault...

Dell sux though too...

dell makes me want to do this when somebody says there awesome: except with enough anger to kill dell so nobody will speak of dell again.

Its about 2 years old now.

check the cpu temperature usually when it spins up like that its doing it because the temp of the cpu is to hot. be sure thats not the case before replacing the fan.
