Ok, so I replaced the stock cooler with my Zalman yesterday. To do that, I had to take all my expansion cards out, disconnect the power supply, take the motherboard out. Put the Zalman in, hooked it all back up, and I noticed my FSB is back at 200 instead of my settings of 250. I've actually noticed this before too... All my memory settings are still the same in bios, but the FSB reverts back once in a while, even though it works perfectly fine at my overclocked setting... What's up with this?
