hardware components for a simple web server??

ok im new at this but ive been asked to write a report on building a simple web server with the following requirements:
- capable of hosting 100 users each with 200 MB storage quota
- handle a peek bandwidth of 200Mbps
skool paper and everything and my geographical location doesnt help much being abit backdated in this department

so if anyone could lend some support or suggestions
it would be greatly appreciated

fom wat i can tell, that would need atleast 20GB of storage simply for the hundred users, so say 30Gb including os and software ect
and to get speed like that you would need gigabit ethernet
