A friend of mine is having pretty major computer probs. I tried asking him some questions (his comp powers up than shows a blue screen saying "fatal error" or something, than says system shut down and other random gibberish. I suggested checking for dust clogup and also asked if hes been playing with any connections in the tower such as jumpers, etc. He was looking on the internet and something said that using Roxio or Norton products can do something like what his problem is. Any suggestions before I try and help him out w/ reformatting his HDD??
