- HS/F u have there isnt compatible...since your on a budget go with the oem fan until you overclock...(comes with the retail processor)
- Use that Fortron PSU as above. Do not use the rosewell..
- Gigabyte board is fine, or go msi, asus, dfi...
- Get 1GB stick of ram now and add 1GB when you can afford it...you want 2.
