Frequent Stop Errors, been told it is hardware related

Okay, so I updated the drivers, didn't work.... rolled back the driver, which completely screwed up my system. Windows won't install the driver that came on my disk.... I'm doing a windows reinstall. This will help to narrow it down.

ok, well that should help. Are you doing a complete fresh reinstall? or just a repair installation?
The complete fresh should fix the problem unless its hardware related, try running windows barebones for a while i.e. don't install all for your programs straight away, that way if its a software confilict it'll be easier to narrow down.

Are you running any other security software apart from mcafee?

Hey dude, it's all good. Fixed it up nicely. I'm pretty sure it was just a driver issue caused by a bad driver update. I won't be doing that again. Thanks for your help.
