ASUS BIOS / RAM divider

Hi!

In my BIOS I have an option titled "DDR Clock Skew".

Options are: Auto, Advanced 150ps (up to 900ps) and Delay 150PS (down to 900ps).

Is this the RAM divider?

I would like to take my x2 3800 to 2750MHz, but 2550MHz is the highest stability I can achieve.

I think it is the RAM that is limiting me.

Current RAM is Corsair ValueRam. I am going to purchase 2 x 1GB XMS soon, unless anyone out there thinks It is a waste.
