Question about my power/card

Hello everyone, I just put in my new eVga 7900gt ko and added a Zalman vf-900 on it, but when I load my computer nVidia tells me I dont have enough power or there could be something else wrong. Also tells me that it will lower the settings.

My pc is running 3200+amd with zalman fan on it. 2gig ram and samsung hdd. 3 fans and a 450 watt raidmax psu.

Can anyone help me out?

You don't have enouph 12V ampage for that card.

Did you run the appropriate power dongle to the video card? The 7900Gt requires its own power source. You could run it along with other peripherals, but it is recommended that it have a dedicated power source.

What do you mean? Where would I hook the power cable to on my motherboard? I have a Abit KN8? Can someone please help me?
