Nope

I can see Tools but no optiontools after that.

i only have these options:

delete browsing history
workoffline
feedback
update
full screen
tool bars
internet options

hit delete browsing history..
along with go to internet options, then delete history,cookies, files, passwords, ect.

Maybe you have me confused
lets see if i can explain it better

when i open a secuity website (where you need password and username) a list of USERNAMES (such as MSN passports) appear. This is the same when using the old MSN messanger... for example joebloggs@hotmail.com (comes up when i try get into secure websites).

i dont know if they are internet problems, they are more MSN problems...

After you make changes... go and clean your temporary files...i mean, if you have any prog to delet waste is the best thing...reboot and see...
