i took a look at the battery and the hard drive just to see if anything is noticeably wrong but they look fine. of course something could still be wrong with them but as far as just looking at them theres nothing you can visibly see thats wrong. if i cant find any solutions here im going to call dell customer service but my warranty with them has expired so i dont know if theyll charge me for assistance or what. at this point i guess i have no choice but to pay anyway.
