need to upgrade my pc

i am kinda new to these things and i need some help.
i have been giving a task of upgrading a Dell power edge 2300 from P2 to P3, it is currently running with a processor speed of 350MHz.

what i need is information on how i can upgrade this machine, or even a website that i can check that will show me which part would be compatible, what i need to change etc

can somebody help me please

save for a new machine... if your running a P2, and want to upgrade to a P3... you might want to buy a new one.. even the P4 is going the way of the Dodo...
