disc clean up

im trying to make space but i dont know what i can delete safely that wont mess up my computer i really need help my computer
is really running like crap i dont know to much about computers
i bought it from a pawn shop so i need to delete alot of stuff the other owner had on it.

well if you can get a windows disc i would suggest formatting the hdd and re-installing windows. we can walk you through it or point you to a site with a tutorial if you need
