I've got some avi movies to burn to DVD, they need to be playable on an ordinary DVD player, I got a conversion program that converted it into "dvd format".
Upon doing so, it gave me three files, a .m2v, a .mpa and a .mpg
The thing is the m2v file, doesn't play on my computer, the mpa file is just sound, and the mpg file is both video and audio.
I'm confused as to whether i should be burning all three files, or just one or a combination.
I'd very much appreciate any help.

m2v - Mpeg video
mpa - mpeg audio
mpg - mpeg groupie

sike on the last one. it's audio and video mixed

you need to convert them to ifo (track vob structure) bup (backup ifo) and vob (dvd mpeg file) files
