I wouldn't recommend Factory Direct. I live near them and and I am sure that most if not all of their stuff is refurbished and often barely working.

Better to spend more money for new stuff from another store, I say.

i shop at factory direct, got my kingston ram there and my psu 500watt also a hard drive cooler, my other family members got other things like hard drives and dvd writers, they did rip my mom off by selling her a athlon 64 3100 then when we got it home and put in, i found out it was a sempron then we took it back and they only gave her instore credit
