the links you provided are mobo/cpu combos right? You're just needing to know the ghz of the cpus? If so, just check AMDs site. As much as people like their cpus I hate their naming scheme. I'm on dialup so it takes forever for me to load a page, so I keep my extraneous searching and page loads to a minimum

Athlon M 2800 = 2.13 GHz
Athlon XP 2800 = 2.083 GHz
Sempron 2600 = 1.6 ghz
