Questions about OCZ GameXStream 600W

I was reading the customers discussions about this PSU over at NCIX.com, one guy said:

No, oh no. As much as I love OCZ PSU's as I have the 520W Powerstream/SLI, this one makes me nervous. Why? It has 4 (FOUR) 12V rails. Now if you look at the specs, each rail is 15A. 15A is NOT enough juice to run a mobo on IMO. And NO, two rails at 15A does not add up to 30A.

Some of them were also concerned about 4 +12 rails leading to a larger chance of something going wrong.

I do not really understand power supply jargon at all hence I have absolutely no idea what those guys are talking about, so I'm asking you guys. :D

Question 1: Is it true that this PSU is capped at 15A instead of 20A like it should be? If so shouldn't everyone just not buy this PSU at all and get ones with 20A instead?

Question 2: Is it true that having 4 +12 rails is likely to lead to problems?
 
I have a OCZ GameXstream and have no problems with it. Its a awsome PSU for the price its at. Also the Gamexstream has 4 +12V rails @ 18A each not 15A.
 
Yea but still, the GameXstream has 72A total while if you look at most dual +12V rail PSUs, they have about 20A-24A on each rail which is only about 40A-48A total. And like Turtile said, if one rail becomes overloaded, it takes power from another rail. Its an awsome PSU and very very powerful, idk wut your worried about.
 
Probably I'm worried because I'm a newbie about PSU's and don't understand what's going on with them. :)

I have no idea what an Amp Amp is.

I was looking at the min reqs with SLI for some eVGA cards:

Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 24 Amp Amps

Does the GameXStream have more than 24 Amp Amps?
 
there are too many people who try to overcompensate for things...and they carry that over into computer tech as well. You know little guys with big muscle cars, wimpy guys with loud mouths....etc. That said a lot of people claim to know this and that about psus and say go more go more...

Only electricians/engineers can explain it "rightly", the posers will just go overboard without know what they're talking about. Just read up and inform yourself without clueless people convincing you the scientists and engineers that build these thingsa re wrong :)

With that in mind, the above brand is the same as another 2 others with quad rails...all top brands. I'm cutting and pasting so formats are lost ;p.
