Adding Rams

I have 2 rams of 256mb from my old computer (it's pentinum 3, about 4 years old). I have another pc that's a pentium 4 (about 2 years old) and it has 1 ram of 256mb. What I want to do is take one of the two old rams from my old pc (the pentium 3) and use it on my main pc (the pentium 4), but I am not sure witch ram to use. I'll describe both rams :

The 1st ram is a bit ticker then other one and it's writin pc133, 256 mb on it.

The 2nd ram is thiner then the 1st one) it's writin pc133-333-520

Witch one should I add to my main pc?

probably won't make much of a difference which one you add. i'm not entirely sure what you are saying but if you are saying you want to add the SDRAM to a P4 not many actually had support for SDRAM
