cheap computer for my cuz

my cuz needs a computer.. hes got a P3 700 mhz right now lol...

this is what i got for a Cheap pc that will get him at least 2 - 3 years... hopefully


ne way he pretty much does word processing, internet and the kid does a little bit of gaming, not a lot.

O and i'm usng cd, floppy and HD from the old computeR (he just got a new HD)

lol hmm..

i suppose that is a good deal... but that socket is just too old. if you go through with that purchase you will absolutely not be able to upgrade.. and there is no chance of ever going to dual core! and also you're forcing yourself to stick to agp..

if you spend a little more you'll be able to get good parts...

but as is, it looks good.

yea i had a nice little dual core set up going (for like 472) but i wasn't sure what he's looking to spend.. so i wanted to get a set up for the cheapest possible, but not give up quality....i feel bad for him though.. he spent like 200 dollasr last year on a hard drive upgrade (stuid computer service).. so hes somewhat reluctant to upgrade
