NASTY ads and pop ups

when i run internet explorer and go to sites, the sites normal ads appear but after a few seconds they turn into some hardcore ads (if u know what i mean) then pop ups of naked people doing naked people stuff
is there any way i can fix it?

Have you got a fully updated system? With SP2 and all? what firewall do you use?

you need to completely follow warez's sypware guide that will fix this it is adware and viruses most likley
