pen drive unreadable?

ok i wanted to reformat my pen drive so i could flash my xbox 360 but it wouldntlet me reformat it to fat 32 so i just formatted to fat and then rebooted and it said the disk drive is not a valid boot disk so i whent back into my computer and now it wont let me acces the pen drive at all it wont let me reformat it or anything. Is the drive crap now? Help please this drive want mine. its a 128mb snowflake.

you could have used the win16 format in dos as then you should be able to see FAT disks
