New graphics card?

Look, I have a computer that is about 2 yrs. old, and the games I want to play lag alot. I have a GeForce4 MX graphics card, and I think I need a new one. World of Warcraft and Guild Wars Factions lag to the extent where i'm dieing becuase I can't see what i'm doing or what i'm agro'ing. I'm on a ridiculusly tight budget and I need something that will run these games with little to no lag. Please give some names.

Well, lets see. (I'm not at house right now, but I think I remember) I think I have Athlon 64 XP, 160gb Hard drive, 512mb RAM, You need anything else? Remember i'm a computer noob, lol.
