Fanless Celeron?

How hot to slot 370 Celeron 667's run? I might try to run one without a fan, only a heatsink, with one exhaust fan in the case. I've got a PSU modded with a low-speed fan. Just something to download torrents at night so I don't have to run my loud[er] A64 system.

HEY!!! u got almost same thing i ogt but i got a 366, but for the 366 just with a big sink and a 120 mm fan about 5 inches away it goes about 90f, and with fan it goes 70(and i got mine oced to 458 also, got a 1.0 ghz p3 i would like to put on there but i dont know what could fry)
so if you got a kinda big heatsink, you should be good

EDIT: im gonna unplug my fan and see wat the temp goes to, i hear a cele can get up to 50c, so ill se wat it does with no fan

k i got an aopen ax3l with integrated cpu temp, volt meters, and fan speeds. fan speed alarm went off, so i diabled fanspeed alert
with fan on: 79, room 83
1 min: 79(27c)
2 min: 79(27c)
3 min: 79(27c)
idle: ^^^^
gonna defrg hdd, and report temps for 3 min
start: 79(27c)
15 sec: 81(27c)
30 sec: 82(28c)
1 min: 86(30c)(got alarm set for 99, at 118, pc shuts off)
2min: 86(30c)(.1 v drop in vcore)
3min: 86(30c)(just stopped defrag)

cool cycle:
1 min(no fan) still 86(30c)
2 min(no fan) 85(30c)
3 min(no fan) went to 84, back to 86(plugging in fan)

fan: ~4500rpm
84 start:
30sec: 82(28c)
1min: 81(27c)
2min: 79(26c)
3min: 79(26c)
5min: 77(25c)

the higest temp was load with no fan
and this is overclocked, so u should be able to do it,if ur still a lil afraid, can u get to ur overclocking controls and declock the cpu about 50mhz, and that will cool it alil

Your Celeron is completely different from mine though. For starters, the core on yours is huge...
