hii i want upgrade my pc in 200$

my current pc is : p4 intel (R) 2.40 ghz processor socket 478


my motherboard:asus p48vx

hdd:40 gb

256 ddr

i want advice what i have to upgrade ? with prices plzzz

I would say bigger HD more RAM , a new mobo, and a faster cpu.

But for 200 dollars you should just get 1gb memory and a bigger hd

Here's what you do. Sell your processor, mobo, and memory (let's say you get $100 back for it, but you can probably get a little more. That's 300 to work with. Then get:
